Came here for the first time, the food was amazing! I get this dish everywhere, this is easily the best one I have had. Beef is tender and flavourful, delicious sauce and pleasantly spicy. Good portion with lots of noodles and veggies. Mr. Lee is very friendly. Looking forward to dining at their new location, as this one is take out only.

The most amazing owners, everytime I’ve gone there over the years they give me a free drink or sweets along with my dumplings or Bibimap. If you’re a student shopping at the Bridgeport Walmart, before you start shopping place your order here and pick it up once you’re done. The food is always delicious

I seldom go outside besides work so I don't like to eat out or spend much money in general but I used to go here back when I had a boyfriend, the first time I ate here was the 1st time I kissed someone without a profit incentive and the 2nd time I did it with a profit incentive in addition to that. After I fumbled the baddie I started going on walks and appreciating the little things y'know the world and all and to my surprise despite not having been to this place in awhile, and it being pitch black in the middle of the night around 2A.M. Lee (who I assume must be the owner, given the immense dedication he has to the business, he works long hours from open till' close every day just like my business owner does) recognized messing around with some shopping carts and chatted with me. I appreciated that a lot so now this is the one place I eat out at, I go here every month and have been for about 10 months now.Sentiment aside, the food is consistently delightful. You can never go wrong with the dumplings, they're very reasonably priced so I get them every time and they never disappoint. I tried the Kimchi Fried Rice and the Japchae a couple times each and they were very different from what I've comfortable eating, but I still did enjoy and finish the whole meal. I also get the Spring Rolls very often as well and they get the job done too.As mentioned earlier I quite like the service, if not for the owner's personality I would have continued to cook all of my own food at home. The atmosphere is lovingly humble, there's a mayonnaise bucket that's been thoughtfully recycled as a pot for some pleasant flowers and there's lots of boxes about and I like looking at them and noticing their business is using many of the same suppliers and brands as the same place I work at just down the road. It's a little bit of a tight space and yet it gives me such a sense of openness, it's just all out there. I understand why that's abnormal for a business and it may be unprofessional to others but as someone else who works in a small business I find it very touching, and human, "down to earth" even.If anyone read this far and was wondering what the hell I meant by "kissing with a profit incentive" I'll clarify, the first time I kissed someone was for 5 when I was 7, I knew I wasn't getting the 5 but I did it anyway and lied about it. The second time was when my boyfriend and I had made a bet that if the food I chose was good, I would give him 10 which makes no sense as it's effectively punishing me for doing something that benefits him anyway so we settled on the compromise that I would administer his earnings of the prize money mouth to mouth. It was of course, horrible, but also horribly funny, then we kissed for real the first time right after. It sucks being reminded of my ex-boyfriend every time I eat here but it's worth it, I think that's the best compliment I can give anything

Great experience but DO NOT walk in and order! Call ahead or use a food delivery app. This is a request from the owners themselves because they're swamped with mobile orders and those are priority. We made the mistake of walk-in and having to wait an extra ten minutes for our order, and the owners were very kind and added in some free spring rolls for that! They don't usually take walk-in either so don't count on it, we were just lucky. We ordered deep-fried vegetable dumplings, which were as delicious as the others say. Came with both soy sauce and a savoury orange sauce, the latter of which complemented the rolls and dumplings beautifully. Ordered beef yaki udon, which they accidentally mixed up with chicken. It was a long night for them, we figured chicken would taste just as good (we weren't wrong!) so we accepted it despite their insistence that they could quickly redo the dish. I got seafood kimchi jjigae (stew) with rice; wonderfully spicy and seasoned, packed with seafood, and very filling. Also ordered Korean style beef which came with japchae and veggies — SO good. Beef seasoned and cooked to a T. All in all, my friends and I had a great takeout experience at Miga. Highly recommend this delightful food from an even more delightful couple.
